Shipping & Returns
Taxes
Todah Gratitude charges a sales tax for all US orders. These collected taxes are mandated by the local state governments. Todah Gratitude in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected to the state.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.If you have any questions before placing your order, please feel free to reach out at michjacobs16@gmail.com, we’re always happy to answer any questions you may have before placing your order. In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped in 3-10 business days, likely sooner.Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking details to update. If you have not received this email, kindly check your spam/trash folders. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.Should inaccurate or incomplete address information be provided, it may delay processing time by 1-2 business days. All customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
Order Changes
If you wish to change your order details or change your address, please contact michjacobs16@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an order begins processing it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order, however, we will do our best.
Lost Package
If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, check with your neighbors who may have received the package on your behalf. In addition, please reach out to your local post office for additional information should it have been delivered there instead.
